- Living: The high-quality sofa bed provides two additional full sleeping spaces when needed.

The Messnerhof estate sits on a beautiful hillside on the edge of Bolzano, offering sweeping views over the city. Here, Alpine nature blends perfectly with Mediterranean charm.
- Close to the centre: The lively city centre of Bolzano is just 2 km away, reachable in a pleasant 20-minute walk along the scenic Talfer promenade.
- Hiking & nature: Hiking trail No. 3 to the Ritten plateau runs right past the estate. Three cable cars in the area provide quick access to South Tyrol's high plateaus.
- Getting around: Just 400 m to the nearest bus stop and 600 m to the cycle path. The Bolzano Nord or Süd motorway exits are each 6 km away.

- Arrival & departure: The apartment is ready from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment clean and tidy by 10:00.
